• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Final Sale Items: For health and safety reasons, all Shampoo & Personal Care products and any opened or used swim gear (e.g., swim caps, rash guards, swimwear) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Process: Returns require prior authorization via email to [email protected].
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
