Step 2: Receive Instructions & Authorization
Our San Diego-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The return shipping address (San Diego, USA)
- Important instructions for your return
Important: Do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Item
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the package
- Use a trackable shipping service (recommended)
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).
International Returns: Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original shipping fees or any customs/duties paid on the original order.
