2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

To start a return or exchange, please email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address (San Diego, USA). Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all tags, and attach the RMA number clearly on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Note: For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund original shipping fees or any customs/duties paid on the original order.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your request.

  • For Exchanges: We will ship the new item to you promptly. Standard or free shipping will apply based on the order value.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, and due to the nature of certain products, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal Care Items: All products under the “Shampoo & Personal Care” menu category for hygiene reasons.
  • Opened or Used Swim Gear: Any product where the hygiene seal is broken or which shows signs of use (e.g., removed tags, washed, worn), including but not limited to swim caps, rash guards, and swimwear.
  • Custom or Special Order Items.
  • Gift cards (if offered).
