1. Where do you ship to?
We proudly offer global delivery to empower water lovers everywhere! However, we are currently unable to ship to a few select, remote regions and parts of Asia. The complete list of excluded regions will be shown at checkout.
2. What are my shipping options and costs?
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for predictable planning.
  • FREE Shipping (on orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch. Our most popular, value-packed option!
All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days before being handed to our carrier partners.
